The long awaited excerpt!!
Thanks to everyone who read my prologue and commented either on here or via e-mail. Your suggestions really helped!! I wrote the prologue after the book was finished so it was hard for me to read the prologue with out connecting it to the rest of the story already. It was great to hear what it sounded like to you as a fresh opinion. Thanks again, and I may have more for you later!! P.S. One word. AMAZING! I've read a lot of fiction, and that has to be up with Tamora Pierce and Stephanie Meyer. (That's a huge comment from me, since those two are my all time favorite authors) You have an extreme talent, and the knowledge that with a gripping prologue, you'll have readers hooked until the end. I look forward to reading the rest. LOVE YA!

You know me, I'm not a big reader, never have been, but SOOOO want to read the rest.
I kept looking for something that I could give a constructive critisism for and honestly there isn't any. Great job! I'll look forward to the book.
All I can say is...what took you so long? (Why have you been hiding this talent?). I don't know what I expected, but it certainly wasn't this. It is a little rough around the edges, but your prologue definitely peaked my interest. I can't wait to read more :-)

As I read it, I pictured it as a movie trailer, with the scenes unfolding as a ominous voice narrated in the details in the back ground!
It left me wanting to know the characters and what led them to this point and where do they go from here.

It is so GREAT!!! I LOVE it. What about the other one... I want more of that one too...
